Fixing issues with banning not taking effect immediately.

IMPORTANT UPDATE
A bug was found in the code that could cause a crash when a player joined the server. This update fixes that bug. If you have any auto kicks/bans setup, or are using reserve slots you should update your server quickly. It also fixes a crash on banning a player.

Command spam protection "floods" logfiles is now fixed
Description of Team Kill / Wound Protection System fixed in mani_server.cfg
meta unload no longer causes Mani Admin Plugin to crash server
restoration of sv_cheats after noclip has been fixed
TF2 Bots no longer crash the server if Mani Admin Plugin is installed
Fixed the log output of bans
Fixed the password bypass from saying incorrect password.

Items restored in this release:

mani_reserve_slots_redirect now works again
restored the reserve slots if mani_reserve_slots_allow_slot_fill is set to 0. If set to 1, then new method is still used.

As of January 19th, 2010 our SVN will no longer contain the SDKs from VALVe.

We were notified by VALVe that:

Quote

You can't distribute any of the SDK source code or content via a public SVN server or by any other means. I would suggest that you make your own files available on the server along with instructions on how developers can sync them straight into a mod that they created using the Source SDK's 'Create Mod' wizard.

So from this point forward we are working on a "HowTo" to alter VALVe's SDK to compile Mani-Admin-Plugin properly.

In order to update your SVN, the best thing to do is to re-checkout the entire trunk.
