When a user types in 'settings' they will be provided with an in-game menu to allow them to adjust their settings
The settings that can currently be adjusted are as follows:
Only the options that are enabled will be presented to the user. So for example, if you have not got player skins or quake sounds enabled on your sever, then the player will not have any options for them.
