This is where you place all your admins groups so that you can use them in your adminlist.txt file. The default file explains how to setup your admin groups
Edit the file $BASE/cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/admingroups.txt
NOTE : The flags represent what you DON’T want administrators to have access to, if you want access to ALL functions then don’t add flags.
