This file is used in conjuction with decallist.txt to display adverts within a map. Each advert is a decal (just like a spray) and is placed at the specified co-ordinates. The decals will be permanently visible, they will not disappear like a normal spray does.
Edit the file $BASE/cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/mapadverts.txt
