Edit the file $BASE/cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/webshortcuts.txt and add your shortcuts on each line.
Do not place comments in this file.
From version V1.1.0g you can now use tokens in this file so dynamic links can be used. See Tokens for webshortcutlist.txt and adverts.txt
